13 Arrested in "Backpage Prostitution Operation"

The Mobile Police Department Narcotics/Vice Unit arrested 13 in "Backpage Prostitution Operation" conducted at various hotels in the Beltline area.

The operation, executed on March 16, was in an effort to stop prostitution activity and combat other serious crimes such as drug dealing, individual robberies, and assaults that have been occurring on the Beltline.

As a result of Backpage Prostitution Operation, 10 women and three men face prostitution charges, totaling 21 misdemeanors and one felony.
