Armed and Dangerous Drug Dealers Arrested

The Mobile County Street Enforcement Narcotics Team (MCSENT) concluded a long-term drug investigation this week into the trafficking of multiple types of illegal narcotics by armed and dangerous drug dealers in the Mobile area. As a result of the investigation, police raided several locations and arrested multiple subjects while others have been identified and will be apprehended.

MCSENT seized five pistols, one AK-47 assault rifle, one sawed off shotgun, 9 pounds of high-grade marijuana, 6,000 Alprazolam (Xanax) tablets, 2 liters of codeine syrup, 6 ounces of crystal methamphetamine, 1/2 ounce of cocaine, 1 gram of Heroin, $18,000 cash, a Chevy Caprice, and a Dodge Durango.

The following individuals were arrested.

Leon Stanley, Jarel Lewis, Wayne Chaney and Gabriel Mccullum were charged with two counts of Trafficking Illegal Drugs, Trafficking Cannabis, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Joshua Martin was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana First Degree, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Short Barreled Shotgun, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Martin also faces prosecution for federal firearms violations.

The followed individuals are wanted for arrest in connection with the investigation.

Johnnie Bazzel is wanted for Trafficking Methamphetamine and faces federal drug charges as well.

Clayton Brown Jr. is wanted for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Reckless Endangerment, Attempting to Elude Police, Stalking, and Domestic Violence Third Degree. Brown also faces prosecution for federal drug and firearms violations.
