On Thursday, July 23, 2020 at approximately 12:20 p.m., police responded to the Crossings at Pinebrook Apartments, 3808 Michael Boulevard, in reference to an attempt to contact. Upon arrival, officers located a 55-year-old female victim deceased inside an apartment.
The victim has been identified as DeAnna Goddard.
Kevin Carter, 27, was identified as the suspect involved in this homicide. Carter has been charged with murder. He is the victim's son.
