On Tuesday, December 5, 2017, Mobile police arrested Nathanael McCorvey, 20, and charged him with felony murder in the shooting of 45-year-old Shannon Montgomery. McCorvey is also charged with robbery third degree and kidnapping first degree.
On Monday, December 4, 2017 at approximately 1:34 p.m. police responded to the 7100 block of Westchester Drive for a shots fired call. Upon arrival, officers found Montgomery deceased in the front yard.
