On February 18, 2011, the Conde Cavaliers rolled through the streets of downtown Mobile. Tonight 67,584 people viewed the parade. Police towed nine vehicles. Eight adults and three juveniles were arrested resulting in10 misdemeanors and one felony. There were no major traffic incidents reported and no major injuries.
