On November 22, 2008, at approximately 9:45 A.M. officers responded to the 1000 block of Linlen Street in reference to one struck. Once officers arrived, it was determined that a twenty month white male was struck by a vehicle in a private driveway.

The twenty month old was transported to USA Medical Center and was later pronounced dead.

The circumstances surrounding this case will be investigated by Traffic Accident investigators at this time. Charges have not been filed in this case.
