HOME INVASION CONVICTION PRODUCES A LIFE SENTENCE

May 7, 2009 Wytiki Rayshun Moffett was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole. Moffett was convicted of a home invasion that occurred on Christopher Dr. in 2007. Wytiki Moffett and twenty two year old Marshal Smith forcefully entered the residence, shot the victim, and removed items from the residence. The two men were charged with Attempted Murder and Burglary First Degree. Smith submitted a guilty plea for the offense.

Wytiki Moffett is a career criminal with numerous arrests including three previous Robbery charges, a Murder charge, and several drug offenses.
