HOME INVASION ROBBERY (UPDATE)

On Jan. 22, 2009 at approximately 10:30 P.M. two b/m suspects forcefully entered the victim's residence (Clearview Apartments, 639 Azalea Road) through the front door. Both suspects were armed with small handguns. The subjects threatened to kill the victim, assaulted her, and restrained her with duct tape. The subjects demanded property from the victim. The victim was able to escape through a window of the residence.

Investigation has revealed the identity of suspect Ricardo Allen Davis, 8/30/1984 (24), as one of the suspect involved in this incident. Davis is described as a B/M, medium complexion, black hair, brown eyes, with several tattoos on neck Davis' last known address was at Clearview Apartments (unknown apartment number).

Davis has active warrants for Robbery First Degree and Burglary First Degree.

The second suspect is described as…

B/M, 5'6, thin-build, early 20's, brown eyes, black hair, wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and black Nike Shoes.

Both Davis and the second suspect fled the scene occupying a late 1980's model two- tone silver/ gray square body Cadillac.
