HOMICIDE

On December 11, 2008, at approximately 9:12 P. M officers responded to the 600 block of Rickarby Street in reference to one shot. Once officers arrived it was discovered that one victim was deceased and another victim had been shot.

The second victim was later transported to USA Medical Center where he was treated and released.

The investigation of the identity of the suspect or suspects is ongoing.
