On Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at approximately 7:53 a.m., police responded to the 400 block of Chin Street in reference to one down. Upon arrival, officers located the male victim deceased from multiple gunshot wounds.
The male victim was identified as 41-year-old Terrance Williams.
Williams was pronounced deceased by medical personnel.
This is an active homicide investigation.
