On Friday, December 15, 2017 at approximately 6:43 p.m. police responded to the 1400 block of Repoll Road in reference to one shot. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, 53-year-old Richard Singley, in his front yard with an apparent gunshot wound. Singley was pronounced deceased on the scene. Investigation reveals that Singley was shot and killed during an altercation.
Based on the evidence gathered in the homicide investigation, this case will be presented to the grand jury.
