On Friday, November 16, 2018 at approximately 2:57 a.m., police responded to Boo Radley’s located at 276 Dauphin Street in reference to an assault complaint.
Outside in the street, the 38-year-old male victim, identified as Caleb Hopkins, was punched in the face and fell backwards. The victim struck his head causing serious injuries. The victim was transported to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
