On Friday, July 3, 2020 at approximately 7:34 p.m., police responded to Phlawless II Hair Salon located at 2662 Saint Stephens Road in reference to the report of one shot. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim down in the rear parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was announced deceased on scene.
The victim has identified as 21-year-old Deangelo Nisby Jr.
The investigation is ongoing.
