HOMICIDE ON BOB STREET (UPDATE)

On February 21, 2009 at approximately 2300 hours, officers responded to the area of Smith Street and Bellingrath Road in reference to hearing shots fired in the area. Officers checked the area located in the 5600 block of Bob Street near Smith Street and discovered a black male subject identified as 22 year old Jamarco Williams suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Williams was discovered lying in front of a residence located on Bob Street. He was pronounced deceased on the scene.

Homicide Investigators responded to the scene to conduct the investigation. At this time, investigators are attempting to determine a motive and the person(s) responsible for this incident.
