On Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017 at approximately 5:12 a.m. officers responded to a suspicious vehicle parked in front of the 1500 block of Heron Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 40-year-old male victim inside the doorway of the vacant apartment. The victim had several gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased on the scene. An autopsy is pending.
