On Sunday, November 5, 2017 at approximately 5:10 p.m. two men got into a verbal confrontation while traveling eastbound I-10 near Riviere Du Chien overpass. One man shot the other man. The one shot was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to this injuries. This investigation is a homicide.
The case will be presented to the Mobile County Grand Jury for further prosecutorial efforts.
