The man found connected to killing an elderly man last year on Pleasant Valley Road has been located and arrested.
On Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017 at approximately 4:40 p.m., police responded to the 3000 block of Pleasant Valley Road in reference to one deceased. The victim, identified as 70-year-old Larry Willingham, was found inside his residence deceased.
Futher investigation revealed 28-year-old Timothy Hall Jr. as the suspect responsible for the Willingham's death. Hall faces capital murder charges.
