On Monday, March 6, 2017 at approximately 11:37 p.m. a 22-year-old female was killed in a shooting at the McDonald’s located at 3119 Moffett Road.
During a dispute 19-year-old Harold Wallace attempted to shoot a McDonald’s employee in the parking lot of the restaurant. At least one of the shots fired struck the 22-year-old female Tamara White. Wallace fled on foot.
The person who was driving White to the hospital apparently lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, and struck a tree at the intersection of Springhill Avenue and Florence Place. White died at the scene of the accident. The driver and the other passenger in the vehicle were transported to the hospital and treated for injuries sustained during the vehicle crash.
Wallace was located and arrested today March 7, 2017 and charged with murder.
