On March 7, 2013 Mobile Police arrested DeAngelo Cartez Howard for the murder of 22 year-old Bernard Hall that occurred January 24, 2013 at Luscher Park. After receiving information about Howard's current location, officers in the Mobile Police Department Narcotics and Vice Unit working Operation I.M.P.A.C.T. apprehended him at a residence on Mohawk Street without incident. DeAngelo Howard has been arrested and charged with Murder, Attempt Murder, and Robbery First Degree.
