Mobile Police Department Make Arrest in Gas Station Robberies

On Wednesday, April 02, 2014, at approximately 5:26 a.m., an unknown white male subject entered the Circle K 5575 Highway 90 armed with a handgun and demanded cash. On Thursday, at approximately 12:11 p.m., the same subject entered the Shell Gas Station 6960 Theodore Dawes Road armed with a handgun and demanded cash. In both cases the victims complied and were not harmed.

After being aired on several news stations, 22 year old Christopher Allen Nicholas surrendered himself to Mobile Police Department in connection to these robberies.
