April 22 marks the end of 14 weeks of rigorous training and testing and the beginning of a gratifying career for 31 people. Chief Phillip Garrett will swear in new Mobile Police Officers at 2 p.m. at Bishop State Community College's Baker-Gaines Central Campus. Ambassador J. Gary Cooper will serve as keynote speaker.
