Mobile Police Internal Investigation

In late January 2013, Mobile Police began an internal investigation into officer misconduct. The Internal Affairs Unit received a complaint stating Sergeant Thomas Terrell, while intoxicated, brandished a handgun in the presence of a civilian.

After completing the investigation and reviewing the evidence, Sergeant Terrell has been removed from employment with the Mobile Police Department.
