Mobile Police Investigate a Homicide on Deer River Road (Update)

On January 1, 2011 at approximately 10:52 p.m. Mobile Police responded to a report of a man down in the 7700 block of Deer River Road. Upon the officers' arrival, they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds lying in the roadway. Mobile Fire Rescue responded and 28 year old Sary Kinn was pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives were able to determine that Sary Kinn was killed while involved in an ongoing dispute.

On January 14, 2011, 20 year old Pisy Nou, 16 year old Richard Chayarath and 20 year old Chris Southammavong were arrested and charged with Murder.
