Mobile Police Investigate a Homicide on Murray Heights Drive South (Update 2)

On June 8, 2010 at 8:00 PM Mobile Police began an investigation in the homicide of 56 year old Deborah Burton. During the investigation, detectives were able to determine that 58 year old Jerome Burton was responsible for the death of his wife. Mr. Burton was injured during the incident, and upon his release from the hospital today, he was arrested and charged with Murder and Arson First Degree.
