Mobile Police Investigate a Homicide on Steiner Street

On November 16, 2011 at 7:45 p.m. Mobile Police responded to a report of one shot in the 2000 block of Steiner Street. Upon arrival, officers found 30 year-old Kevin Michael Manley inside of a truck with multiple gunshot wounds. Mobile Fire Rescue responded and Manley was pronounced dead on the scene.
