Mobile Police Investigate Highway 90 Homicide

On January 2, 2015, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Mobile Police responded to KFC at 5437 Highway 90 West for a report of one shot. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, 50 year-old James Naylor, in the parking lot of the location with an apparent gunshot wound.

Mobile Fire Rescue responded and Naylor was transported to a local hospital where he died of his wounds.

The evidence related to this case will be presented to the Grand Jury for a future disposition.
