Mobile Police Investigate Homicide on Azalea Road UPDATE

On Saturday, March 01, 2014, at approximately 3:25 a.m. officers responded to the intersection of Azalea Road at Cottage Hill Road for a report of one shot. The victim, 35 year old Marcus Bell was shot once and was pronounced dead on the scene by Mobile Fire / Rescue Department. The shooter, a relative of Bell, Caiaphas Milton remained on the scene, was taken into custody, interviewed. No charges have been filed against Milton at this time however; the investigation in this matter is continuing. This case will be sent to the Grand Jury
