Mobile Police Investigate Homicide, Shooting on Village Green Drive

On July 30, 2013, at approximately 2:45 a.m., Mobile Police responded to Village Green Drive for a report of one shot. Upon arrival, officers found 17 year-old Titus Williamson suffering from a gunshot wound. Williamson was transported to U. S. A. Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

At 3:00 a.m., police responded to Spring Hill Memorial Hospital for a report of a 25 year-old male suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was transported to U. S. A. Medical Center where he is in stable condition.

Mobile Homicide detectives are investigating both cases and believe they are related.
