Mobile Police Investigate Sexual Assault Involving a School Employee

On March 28, 2014, Mobile Police Youth Services detectives responded to Denton Middle School for a report of a juvenile male student who was possibly sexually assaulted by an adult female who is employed by the Mobile County School System as a substitute teacher.

The investigation into the allegations revealed 41 year-old Kristina McMillan Kelly had sexual contact with two 15 year-old and one 14 year-old male students at her residence on multiple occasions beginning in January 2014. Kelly was located at her residence and arrested for two counts of Rape Second Degree, two counts of Sodomy Second Degree, Sexual Abuse Second Degree and three counts of School Employee Engaging in a Sex Act with Student under 19.
