Mobile Police Make Additional Arrest on Homicide on Emogene Street

On July 22, 2013, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Mobile Police responded to the 2500 block of Emogene Street for a report of one shot. Upon arrival, officers discovered 24 year-old Brandon Jackson suffering from a gunshot wound. Mobile Fire Rescue responded and the victim was pronounced dead on scene.

Investigation revealed 23 year-old Carl Cromwell and 27 year-old Evan Morris were involved. On July 28, 2013, Cromwell and Morris were located, arrested and charged with one count each of Murder.

On August 9, 2013, 20 year-old Tarris Cromwell was arrested and charged with Murder after investigators learned of his involvement with this case.
