On March 15, 2011, Mobile Police Department arrested 36 year-old Richard Lee Jordan for robberies that occurred at BP/Circle K on Dauphin Street on March 13 and 14, 2011 as well as a robbery at Kangaroo Express on Spring Hill Avenue on March 13, 2011. The suspect turned himself in to police at the Third Precinct after surveillance video of the Kangaroo Express robbery was released to media.
