Mobile Police Make Arrest in Whataburger Robbery

On Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at approximately 3:50 a.m. officers responded to Whataburger restaurant at 2461 Government Blvd for a report of a robbery. The victims stated two unknown male subjects entered the business, at least one armed with a gun, and demanded cash. The victims complied and the subjects left the scene on foot.

Through the course of the investigation, 17 year-old Roderick Bolton, Jr. was identified as the suspect in the case. On January 21, 2014, Bolton was taken into custody and arrested for Robbery First Degree.
