Mobile Police Make Arrest on Bellingrath Road Homicide

On January 6, 2014 at approximately 11:35 p.m., officers responded to the 7500 block of Bellingrath Road for a report of one shot. Upon arrival, officers found 32 year-old Charles David Busby with an apparent gunshot wound. Mobile Fire Rescue responded and Busby was pronounced dead on the scene.

Investigation revealed 28 year-old Justin Miles Harbison was involved. On January 9, 2014, Harbison was located and arrested for Murder in regards to this case.
