The Mobile Police Department arrested Wyatt Newburn for two counts of assault second degree in reference to a Mobile jogger and cyclist being struck by a pellet gun. The incidents occurred on Mcgregor Avenue and Hillwood Road area, and Springhill Avenue on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.
Newburn struck the male jogger while he was jogging in the McGregor Avenue and Hillwood Road area, and struck the female cyclist while she was cycling in the Springhill Avenue area.
Mobile police arrested Newburn on Wednesday, May 17, 2017.
