On Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at approximately 9:58 p.m. police responded to the 3000 block of Ralston Road in reference to one shot. Upon officer arrival, a 24-year-old man, Samuel Anderson, was found shot. He was pronounced deceased on the scene. This case is an ongoing homicide investigation.
