MPD Special Operation Nabs Prostitutes and Drug Dealers

Mobile, Ala. — The Mobile Police Department's Narcotics and Vice Unit has concluded an illegal drug distribution and prostitution investigation resulting in 19 arrests (17 adults and two juveniles) and 36 charges (9 felony and 27 misdemeanor). The operation, which took place over several weeks, encompassed the 800 block of Gorgas Street and the immediate surrounding areas. The people arrested and their charges follow.
