On Friday, November 21, 2008 at 3:00 p.m., the Mobile Police Department will hold a news conference on a significant arrest in a cold-case homicide. Chief Phillip Garrett, Attorney General Troy King and Sheriff Samuel Cochran will be in attendance. All media are welcome to attend.
