The Mobile Police Department's Citizen's Academy is scheduled for April 15, 2025 through June 24, 2025 at 1251 Virginia Street.
Registration is now open, and it will remain open until March 28, 2025.
The academy is free and open to qualifying Mobile County residents and nonresidents who work in the city of Mobile. Participants must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with no significant arrest history. All participants will undergo a background check.
These classes will be held on Tuesday nights, but there will be two Saturday classes required during the duration of the academy.
