ANDREWS STREET HOMICIDE (UPDATE)

On Monday, November 10, 2008, at approximately 10:47 p.m., officers responded to the 2000 block of Andrews Street for a report of one shot. Upon arrival, officers discovered 34-year-old Freddie Lett (B/M) suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Lett was pronounced dead on arrival at the University of South Alabama Medical Center.

On Thursday, November 13, 2008 at approximately 1200 hours, homicide investigators located and charged Willie Demarcus Oliver (B/M, 18) with Murder.
