ANTHONY BEARD ARRESTED

On February 06, 2009, at approximately 4:00 P.M. Anthony Beard was arrested at Hwy 98 in Daphne, Ala by Mobile Police Intelligence Unit and First Precinct Crime Detail. Beard has two current outstanding warrants for Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling and Receiving Stolen property. That occurred on October 23, 2008, at the 700 block of Pillans Street.

Twenty-six year old Anthony Beard has an extensive arrest history starting from August 18, 2001, to December 03, 2008, from Reckless Endangerment, Attempting to Elude Police, several counts of Receiving Stolen Property, Breaking and Entering a vehicle, Probation Revocation, and Possession of Burglary Tools.

Beard has eight open warrants which include Possession of Burglary Tools, Probation Revocation, failure to appear for Reckless Endangerment three times, failure to appear for No Drivers License, and Attempting to Elude Police. All of the above warrants are with the City of Mobile. This is the second time the Mobile Police Intelligence unit has captured Beard.
