On Sunday, November 10, 2019 at approximately 10:19 p.m., police responded to the Citgo located at 811 Dauphin Island Parkway in reference to the report of one shot. Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male victim lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to the hospital where he later died a result of his injuries.
The victim has been identified as 33-year-old Marcus Gordon.
Through the course of this investigation, police identified and located the suspect involved in this homicide. On November 11, 2019, Jeremaiah Allen, 36, was arrested and charged with murder.
