Mobile Police have arrested the persons responsible for the death of a 15-year-old boy that occured at the 100 block of Carondolet Court West on Christmas Eve.
India Nelson, 25, and Rory Smith, 30, were arrested and charged with murder, shooting into an occupied building and criminal mischief first degree.
The incident happened Dec. 24, 2018 at approximately 2:27 a.m. Police responded to a call of one shot. Upon arrival, officers located 15-year-old Jakory Smith suffering from a gunshot wound. Smith was transported to the hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.
