Community Resource Officer Lisa Dahlem started with the Mobile Police Department as a part-time employee in August of 2018 until December 2022 where she began to work full-time with the police department. CRO Dahlem, since starting full-time, has been assigned to the fourth precinct, where she handles the front desk.
CRO Dahlem has been a valued member of the police department, but more importantly CRO Dahlem is an asset to the fourth precinct. She handles hundreds of calls daily from citizens, always going the extra steps to make sure she provides each call with the correct information.
In December 2024, CRO Dahlem wrote approximately 50 reports from a combination of citizens walking into the fourth precinct and calls coming from Teleserve. She not only runs the front desk at the fourth precinct, CRO Dahlem typically starts her day off directing traffic at Knollwood Christian Academy. Dahlem completes every task assigned to her. When CRO Dahlem takes off from work she takes it upon herself to make sure she has a replacement for the days she’s off.
CRO Dahlem is a leading example to her peers and has been named our December 2024 Civilian Employee of the Month
