On October 18, 2016, 24-year-old De'Launa Powell Anderson was found deceased inside of her vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on I-10 West Bound at Michigan Street overpass. An area canvass revealed that the incident occurred at I-10 service road and Duval Street.
UPDATE: Through the course of the investigation, 16-year-old Iseral Hall and 18-year-old Antonio Lang were developed as suspects. Both subjects were located, interviewed and arrested.
The charge of Capital Murder is cleared by arrest of Antonio Lang.
The charge of Felony Murder is cleared by arrest of Iseral Hall.
