HOME INVASION ROBBERY

On Jan. 22, 2009 at approximately 10:30 P.M. two b/m suspects forcefully entered the victim's residence (Clearview Apartments, 639 Azalea Road) through the front door. Both suspects were armed with small handguns. The subjects threatened to kill the victim, assaulted her, and restrained her with duct tape. The subjects demanded property from the victim. The victim was able to escape through a window of the residence.

Both suspects fled the scene occupying a late 1980's model two- tone silver/ gray square body Cadillac.

The subjects are described as…

#1. B/M, 5'6, thin-build, early 20's, brown eyes, black hair, wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and black Nike Shoes.

#2. "Person of Interest" Ricardo Allen Davis, 8/30/1984 (24), B/M, medium complexion, black hair, brown eyes, tattoos on neck, last known address Clearview Apartments (unknown apartment number).
