On Sunday, January 6, 2019 at approximately 12:25 p.m., officers responded to the 1300 block of Athey Road in reference to one shot. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim, later identified as Jermaine Lee, had been shot. The victim was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Through the course of the investigation, officers located and arrested Jarante Williams, 31, for the death of Lee.
