HOMICIDE ON ALBA CLUB ROAD

On December 24, 2008 at approximately 3:24 P.M. Officers from the First Precinct Field Operations Division responded to the 4000 block of Alba Club Road in reference to a complaint of one shot. Upon arrival officers discovered a white male identified as Jason Everette Milne (18) lying in the roadway deceased. Milne had sustained at least one gunshot wound to his body.

Members of the Mobile Police Department Homicide Unit responded to the scene to conduct the investigation. Further elements of the case will be disseminated as they become available.
