HOMICIDE ON SOUTH BROAD STREET

On February 13, 2009 at approximately 3:31 A.M., police were dispatched to the area of Broad Street and Savannah Street in reference to a report of one male subject down at the location.

Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of a white male subject with an apparent stab wound to his chest. The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene.

Homicide investigators responded to the scene to conduct the investigation. The investigation remains continuous at this time into the elements surrounding the death of the victim.
