It has been 10 days since the fatal shooting of Officer Sean Tuder, and investigators are asking anyone who may have witnessed the shooting or has video of the shooting to please contact the Mobile Police Department.
The incident happened Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019 around 3 p.m. at 1545 Leroy Stevens Road. While Officer Tuder was attempting to take 19-year-old Marco Perez into custody on his warrants, Perez produced a gun and shot Officer Tuder.
If anyone saw the shooting or can provide video of the actual shooting, it will help further the investigation. Residences near the shooting location with surveillance cameras are asked to look through their video for the occurred incident.
