Local Runaway Located at Family Residence in Pennsylvania

On December 3, 2103 at approximately 1:00 a.m., officers with the Allentown Police (Pennsylvania) Department responded to the 600 block of North Arch Street in reference to a welfare check of runaway Kathryn Westmark of Mobile, Alabama.

Upon arrival, officers discovered the active runaway at the location which is her aunt's residence in a wholesome state. Westmark's identify and welfare was confirmed by Allentown Police Department's Youth Services. A family member is en route to the location to bring the juvenile back to Mobile.

This case is cleared by the location of Kathryn Westmark.
